Working Responsibility

- To collect and check the export information/documents for all delivery via FOB/CFR/CIF China/Asia.
- To input the shipment information into company logistic system for oversea head office Custom Clearance use.
- Daily contact and communication with company nominated forwarder.
- Daily communication with logistic dept. in oversea’s head office.
- Communicating with colleagues and supplier for shipment information according to delivery schedule.
- Checking shipping documents.
- Communicating with warehouses to ensure stock status correctly, and secure stock in system.
- Liaison with forwarders for delivery information.


Job Requirement:
1. Well organized, detail Oriented, with concept of understanding the importance of collaboration and open communication.
2. Flexible, factual comprehension and analytical skills.
3. Working experience of Logistic.
4. Can read, write and speak daily language in English
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office;
6. Enthusiasm and hard working
7. Supportive and good team player.
