Product Development specialist

Job Description:

- Follow up on lab dip/strike off/sample on daily base

- evaluate lab dip/strike off/sample in Shanghai office
- Approve sampling / colors on the spot to boost production process if necessary
- Create new practice methods to manage sampling process better
- Being a link between Canada and China teams

Requirements:

1. Major in Textile/Apparel from top University preferred

2. Minimum of 5 years of product development role in home textile industries

3. Broad knowledge/experience of Woven/knit fabric/product construction and production process

4. Good command of English writing, reading and speaking
5. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

6. Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

7. Organized, detail oriented and responsible
8. Able to travel intensively.

2. 对纺织品熟悉或感兴趣

5. 良好的英语听，说，读，写能力

6．为人踏实和诚实，有职业道德

7. 能适应经常出差。
