The quotation specialist will work tightly with production department, planning department and plant director. He/she has responsibility of increasing sales and customer satisfaction by timely providing customer with quotations and assisting with any questions pertaining to the quotations.

Job Duties:

• Obtain and track quotation requests
• Analyze the request and obtain all the necessary information for quotations. Assure the coherence of different years prices for the same/similar product by benchmarking the factory profile
• Prepare and provide timely and professional quotations to plant director, following the economic model defined by finance department
• Maintain quotation management files
• Maintain correct prices in SAP
• Prepare new price list (EOY) reevaluation, providing to client after plant director approved and up loading in SAP at the end of year
• Receive emails and offer service to customers
• Regularly attend quotations/sales meetings
• Attend product knowledge meetings
• Follow company policies and procedures, especially HSE and Finance
• Other duties as assigned

• Education: Bachelor degree required different majors could be possible: Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Continuous Improvement, Production, Engineering...
• Experience: 1-2 years in similar position preferred, different industry accepted
