Responsibilities:
工作职责：

·Manage finance operation related functions including GL, accounts payable, receivable collection,
inter-company and tax filing.
管理日常财务工作，包括应付帐款，公司往来，税务申报等

·Prepare monthly and annual reports for management's review
编制月度和年度财务报表，为管理层决策提供财务信息

·Prepare cash flow forecast on weekly basis and monthly cash flow statement
编制周现金流量预测表和月度现金流量表

·Support capital injection and capital utilization and credit loan related matters
处理资本金注入及使用各项事务和银行贷款有关事宜

·Provide the various analysis on P/L result
提供必要的分析帮助管理者理解费用收入变化的原因

·Advise management on financial planning and tax matters·
为管理层提供财务规划和税收的建议

·Keep up-to-date with Accounting and Taxation laws and regulations in China.
时时保持对中国财税法规的更新

·Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
任职要求：

·Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance
财会专业本科以上学历

·3-5 years of experience in finance related area
3－5年相关经验

·Good business acumen and managerial capabilities
良好的业务敏感和管理能力


·Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
有领导和管理团队的经验

·Good analytical skills and influencing/negotiation skills.
良好的分析能力和谈判技巧

·Good command of English & Mandarin
英语和普通话良好
