BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THIS ROLE
Responsible for inventory analysis(reengineering, renovation), planning, replenishment order according to sales forecast and historical data analysis based on criticality and impact on customer service.; Work closely with related Dept.(Manufacturing, QA, Product managers, Sales managers, DP), work closely with warehouses; Assist with inventory control(process assessment, monitoring, cycle count), make sure inventory accuracy and perform inventory reconciliation; Maintaining all material master data and supporting to make sure the system running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reengineer/renovate inventory analysis model, reduce DOH while avoiding stock outs.
2. Provide the replenishment plan to place inter-company and intra-company orders.ds.
3. Check warehouse daily operations; ensure the timely and correct system record.
4. Control the physical inventory accuracy vs the system data.
5. Set up proper cycle count process (e.g circle stocktaking) to ensure the accounting booking is matched with the actual stock.
6. Do the rights inventory adjustments and transactions based on the policy/guideline/process/approval matrix.
7. Analyzing and where necessary, giving an explanation for stock deviations in the case of differences between physical and administrative stocks e.g . Negative stock.
8. Find the root cause of incorrect inventory data and take action to improve the process
9. Coordinate SAP issue including DG, PMPDQSC and CA ticket request.
10. Maintaining all material master data and supporting to make sure the system running smoothly.
11. Participate in continuous improvement activities.
12. Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.

PREREQUISITES
This position requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of related experience.
Aboard education will be prefered.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
1. Working knowledge of Supply chain, Planning, Inventory and warehouse management, SAP system, strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
2. Very good at English communication, both oral and written, other language is preferred
3. Expert in SAP, office software, especially the use of excel
4. Self-motivated. Can work in a multi-culture environment
5. Result oriented. Can work under pressure
6. Detail oriented.
