Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop Factory Service department including administration, facility and machinery maintenance of Shanghai (SHA) Production unit
· Ensure operative and strategic targets of department are achieved
· Develop maintenance management up to best 25% level of European industry
· Manage and develop administration and maintenance processes of SHA Production
· Manage and develop human resources of department and ensure target level of capability and skills are reached
· Ensure strategic and operative targets are communicated and forwarded to teams and individuals


Tasks:
· Define, plan, implement and manage preventive maintenance program including facilities and machinery of SHA Production
· Define, plan, implement and manage training and development plan for department human resources
· Propose new possibilities and developments in order to improve administration and maintenance processes of SHA Production to GM and Management team
· Report operative situation and progress of development performance to GM and Management team
· Continuously asses his/her own and department’s performance and achievements, and based on it define and execute improvement actions proactively
