Purpose of the Job 职位目的：
Promote brand awareness through internet and other medias. Design new collections, package, marketing tools and promotion materials to support market activities.

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Make annual collection plan based on brand strategy and trend of consumer market.
基于品牌战略和消费者偏好，制订年度图案计划。
2. Design new collections, package, marketing tools and promotion materials to support market strategy and activities (including clear understanding and expression of the demand, effective control of the quality, schedule and cost, and good presentation to customers and sales team.)
设计新图案、新包装、市场工具和促销物料，以支持市场战略和市场活动（包括清晰的理解和表达设计需求，有效的控制设计质量、进度和成本，并展示给客户和销售人员）。
3. Develop and maintain website. Promote brand awareness through different kinds of methods in internet. Manage and support e-commerce.
开发并维护品牌及产品网页. 通过不同的渠道在互联网推广品牌知名度。管理并支持网络销售。
4. Search and coordinate with external designs to develop some special collections.
寻找并协调外部设计人员，完成某些特定图案的设计。
5. Follow up new material samples through communication with external / internal function.
通过内部/外部的协调，跟进各种新物料的打样。
6. Interprets and present product/marketing tools/promotion activities to customers, HQ and internally.
向客户、总部和公司内部解释并展示产品，市场工具以及促销活动。

Qualifications任职资格：
1. College degree or above;
专科以上学历；
2. Creative, open, excellent at internet promotion skills;
富于创新，集思广益，卓越的互联网推广技巧；
3. Good at design software.
擅长平面设计；
4. 1-3 years’ work experience in designing;
1-3年以上从事设计/美工相关工作经验。
5. Fluent English.
英语流利。
