Job Purpose:

To be the technical assistant between the customer and Fab engineer for tape out & MPW shuttle from database in to final shipment.

To track NTO & MPW movement in order to achieve CT Goals.

Job Responsibility:

To assist related department and contact with account customer/Fab about customer tape out & MPW shuttle issue.

To trace mask & wafer cycle time schedule.

To highlight and track abnormal issue.

To assist customer complaint case survey and solution finding

To review control procedure and schedule, and provide improvement suggestion.

To achieve temporarily job target instructed by manager.

Job Requirements

Junior college or above degree is required, better in engineering and science

Relevant semiconductor industry experience or training with good English skill.

Have good core competencies on Customer Service Oriented, Communication skills, Teamwork spirit, Proactive, PursueExcellence, innovation & Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.

Minimum 3 years working experience with good English skill.
