Booking.com Guangzhou, one of the support companies in China, is looking for a Office Administration Officer in Guangzhou.

As an Office Admin Officer for Guangzhou Branch office, you will be responsible for the overall office administration for both Guangzhou and Haikou offices, and support the Area Manager in the day-to-day running of all office facilities. You’ll report to Office Manager in Shanghai for implementing our global policies and regulations.
You will need to be articulate and energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude and wish to immerse yourself into the operational dynamics of a successful and rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the general affairs function of the operations of Guangzhou and Haikou offices, including office supplies purchasing, security, office equipment, travels, hotels, phone calls, visitor admin, insurance, leases, etc.;
2. Communicate with BMO of the office buildings for maintenance and daily operation of the offices;
3. Responsible for all administration expenses control, analysis and report;
4. Develop and monitor an orderly process of correspondence including a tracking system, open, sort date, log and route incoming and outgoing mail and courier items;
5. Utilize a system for visitors’ control, employee identification (e.g. card access, alarm system, visitors control book) to safeguard the premises, equipment and employee’s property;
6. Liaison with 3rd party contractors for cleaning, maintenance, purchase, leases, transportation service, security service etc.
7. Organize the visa application for local employees and foreign visitors;
8. Extend administration support for team building and activities;
9. Liaison with headquarters and Shanghai office to implement global policies and regulations within Booking.com;
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by Area Manager in Guangzhou and Office Manager in Shanghai;
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of office management experience in a MNC environment
2. Pro-active, sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly
3. Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize
4. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
5. Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in English & Mandarin, Cantonese-speaking is preferred
7. Experience in office decoration or relocation is a plus factor
