Supervision, coordination and controlling all aspects of the QC department, including complete documentation work under the regulatory requirements of cGMP Guide-lines, development of analytical methods and validations of such methods. Give advice and consultancy to General Manager on matters related to analytical and quality related issues.

Supervise and manage the staff in the Quality Control Dept. in their daily work and control correct procedures and results. Representation of monthly/quarterly statistic reports and training goals and results to General Manager or its deputy annual Department Report with HR and Budget Plan.

Establish internal budget cost control for the QC Dept., identify costs savings, set improvement goals/tasks for an efficient and cost optimized QC-Dept. Identify problems, formulate improvement solutions, follow up and be responsible for implementation of such schemes. Support the Quality Assurance Dept. in its steady effort to improve and optimize quality issues of the company.

Create and held regular training courses and performance tests of the QC staff and together with the Q/A department GMP training schemes for all members of the company to improve and sustain awareness for the GMP requirements.

QC-Manager shall sustain an efficient and stable personnel environment in his department.

QC-Manager shall on request by the General Management representing and acting on behalf of the company in negotiations with government authorities and customers.

分析类专业硕士学历;
3年以上化工/制药企业实验室管理工作经验;
熟悉GC/HPLC等各类分析仪器;

熟悉药品质量管理规范;
较强的沟通、协作、管理能力；
英语流利
