1．负责外贸出口流程的操作；
Be responsible for the execution of export process；
2. 与货代、工厂和公司相关部门协调货期，安排租船订舱，准备进出口文件并作好存档；
Coordinating with freight forwarder, factory and relevant departments for shipment booking, preparing import / export shipping document and filing.
3. 及时将船务文件发给国外客人并追踪货款情况;
Submitting shipping document to customers and chasing for account receivables
4. 协助外贸跟单和销售;
To assist on Sales and Order following up;
5. 其他公司安排的工作。
Other tasks that the company assigned according to the requirement of the business。

职位要求/Job requirement
1、 大专或以上学历，纺织、服装，国际贸易或其他相关专业；
College degree or above majored in Textile, apparel, international trading or other relative area;
2、2年以上国际贸易船务工作经验；
At least two years working experience on shipping and logistics;
3、 英语口语及书写流利，普通话标准，熟练运用办公软件；
Fluent English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing, and with good computer skills;
4、 能够较好地与欧美客户以及不同文化背景的人沟通交流；
Good communication skills with people from different country and culture；
5、 拥有独立决策、解决问题的能力，能承受较强工作压力；能够国内外出差。
Independent decision maker and problem solver, be willing to and be able to work under pressure as well as travel domestically and overseas；
6、良好的职业记录。
