Job Responsibilities:
·Performs Avionics repair operations and analyzes circuitry and physically checks wiring and operation of various electronic parts, units, and systems in accordance with Rockwell Collins Quality and Workmanship Standards. Able to research and provide in-depth repairs.
·Proficient in operates precision test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers etc, and special test set including automatic test equipment for alignment, troubleshooting and testing.
·Communicates problems/observations/estimates for repair effectively with supervision and/or customer both in verbal and written.
·Properly prioritize time to meet production needs as assigned by senior techs, leads and management. Work with other levels of supervision to prioritize work, plan for future projects and determine the best utilization of personnel and resources in their work area.
·Can inspect and train others for preferred workmanship standards.
·Supports and promotes continuous process improvement and Lean initiatives.
·Understands safety requirements and performs duties in accordance with all safety procedures.
·Understand current workload and production needs to assist senior techs and leads in determining how to best use available resources to meet established goals.
·Performs returning to service units releasing work as needed.

Requirements
·Bachelor or above in the aviation-related field.
·Holder of CAAC aircraft AVC License.
·At least 5 years experience in Avionics MRO environment. Relevant experience in quality assurance is preferred.
·Good knowledge of CCAR, FAA regulations.
·Competent in both spoken and written Chinese and English language

·至少有5年相同领域的工作经验 (有质量相关岗位的工作经验优先)；
·英语水平：CET-4及以上合格证书，具备基本的英语听说书写能力，能独立、熟练阅读相关技术手册，熟悉适航规章；
·责任感强，工作主动勤奋，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能在高压、高效的环境下工作并完成任务。
·持有有效的中国民航民用航空器部件（AVC）修理人员执照（优先）。
