Position: Finance & Admin Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report To: General Manager

Job Description:
※ Targets:
- Responsible for managing the Company accounting system;
- Responsible for compliance with legal regulations of the People Republic of China;
- Interface between China Procurement office and Head Office;
※ Task & responsibilities:
The below will be applicable both to Hong Kong and Shanghai accounting systems as the successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting system within the same organization.
All below will be done using SAGE ACCPAC
▲ Ensure proper and accurate data entry
o G/L
o AP/AR
o Bank reconciliation
o Expenses
▲ Internal reporting
o Cash flow statements
o P/L & B/S
▲ Payment preparation
o On-Line / via cheque
▲ Responsible for reporting to HQ and communication with various stakeholders
o Group reporting
▲ Audit Preparation and assistance with relevant audit firms
▲ Ensure that documentation is in accordance to company requirements;
▲ Filing & archiving;
▲ Assist other ad-hoc financial activities;
▲ Follow up with various government entities and coordinate with consultants to ensure; compliance with law and regulations both in Hong Kong and mainland China;

※ Requirements:
● Education background:
- Accounting Degree
● Professional skills:
- Relevant working experience in similar function (start-up experience would be a plus)
- Previous experience in working in International environment
o Previous exposure to HK accounting would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years working experience – preferably in international environment;
- Familiar with L/C and B/G would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
- Previous experience with SAGE ACCPAC would be a plus
- English : written & spoken
- Meticulous, Excellent organizational skills;
- Good personal skills to deal with different stakeholders;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Satisfactory computer skills, ability to draft detailed reporting;
- Pack Microsoft Office fluent usage;
