任职资格/ Qualifications:

1. College Degree or above in Automotive Industry or Mechanical Engineering

汽车或机械制造大专及以上学历

2. Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Quality System Management

2年以上质量体系管理经验

3. Know TS16949 standard well

熟悉TS16949质量管理体系

4. Ability to communicate and interact well with people in all departments

良好的沟通能力，能与所有部门相互合作

5. Good leadership,

良好的领导才能；

6. Fluent written and spoken English & Fluent use office software

英语说写流利，熟练使用办公软件。

职责/Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 负责组织公司质量体系文件的编写、审核、实施，并负责组织公司通过国际质量标准认证和复审；

Organize to prepare, audit, implement Quality system document, and take the responsibility for passing the 3rd. party register and annual re-audit, get relative certification.

2. 制订年度内部质量审核计划，并组织实施；

Prepare annual internal audit plan and organize to implement as schedule;

3. 编制管理评审计划并完成管理评审报告；

Prepare Management Review plan and finish Management Review report;

4. 负责公司质量体系的日常运行和维护；

Daily Quality system running & maintain;

5. 发布并通知全体员工关于质量体系的相关文件和检查结果；

Issue & inform Quality system relative document & audit results to overall employees;

6. 根据公司和顾客的最新要求，不断更新程序文件，使质量体系的运行更有效，更符合顾客的需求；

Continuous improve our Quality system as customers and our development requirements;

7. 有权阻止违反质量体系文件规定的行为；

Take the authority to stop the actions which deviate our Quality system rules;

8. 有权对贯标过程中的违规行为进行检查和考核。

Take the authority to check & punish for deviation actions of Quality system rules.
