Job Description：

1，Handle import and export operation, prepare documents for customs clearance, daily work with customs and forwarders officially to ensure efficient delivery, familiar with customs regulation and trade terms, follow up policy updated and optimize I&E practice.

2，Conduct order processing, shipment tracking, logistics solution design and cost control, follow daily order of sales and procurement, assure order delivered on time, well monitor in-transfer order status, initiate action plan for any unexpected delay.

3，Do scheduling and planning for inventory according to internal and external customer’s forecast, propose reasonable order lot size, order frequency and safety stock, analyze and statistic lead time, coordinate balanced supply and demand operation.

4，Maintain on time information update accuracy in ERP system, perform database input and all sales/purchase documents collection & checking.

5， Familiar with the process of operation bonded handbook.

6，Other assigned tasks.

职位描述：

1，负责进出口操作流程，准备清关文件，日常联系海关货代商检确保货物顺利高效通关，熟悉海关条例和贸易规则，及时跟进政策更新，优化进出口实务。

2，从事订单处理，出运跟踪，物流方案设计和物流成本控制，管理销售和采购的日常订单，确保按时交付。熟悉供应链和物流循环规则，创建和修改生产计划订单，监控在运订单状态，对可能的延迟提前指定并实施解决应对方案。

3，根据内外部客户的预计需求进行库存计划和控制，建议合理的单批订单数量，订货频率，安全库存水平和交期统筹以平衡供需。

4，确保ERP系统内信息的及时精确，负责数据录入和更新，对所有销售和采购文件仔细检查和妥善保存。

5，熟悉保税手册操作过程。

6，其他指派的工作。

Requirements：

1, College or above degree.

2, At least 5 years work experience in related position, minimal 3 year experience in foreign company.

3, Custom declaration certificate is preferred.

4, Strong English skills both verbal and written, TOEIC 750+.good IT command in MS office.

5, Strong teamwork, communication and problem solving ability.

6, Strong sense of responsibility, good at planning and data analysis.

7, ERP system proficient, be familiar with purchase order, warehouse, shipping modules.

8, Working experiences with forwarders or customs clearing agents are preferred.

要求:
1, 本科及以上学历。
2，至少五年的相关领域工作经验，最少三年外企工作经历
3，具有报关员资质予以优先考虑
4， 熟练的英语书面和口头表达能力，TOEIC 分数在750＋。精通MS OFFICE文件处理。
5，擅长沟通和解决问题，团队协助意识强。
6， 责任心强，有较强的计划性并善于数据分析。
7，精通ERP系统，熟悉订单，仓储，出运等物流相关模块使用。
8， 有货运代理公司或报关行工作经验的优先考虑
