Account Manager
You will be a client facing account manager communicating and tracking a high volume of projects from the initial brief to completion, often against very tight deadlines.


Qualifications / Requirements:
A high degree of fluency in English – both spoken and written
A high degree of fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese – both spoken and written
2 years experience in retail packaging design / artwork management
Print production and packaging knowledge
Understand corporate guidelines
Good project management, strong analytical and negotiation skills

Skills:
Must be a team player with great problem solving skills, positive, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced environment.

Internet and email skills are essential
Adobe Acrobat - for PDF annotating, comment and review
Process driven individual
Very organised
Problem solving
Excellent reporting
Polite and effective communicator
Ability to deliver to deadlines
Strong under pressure
Lateral or 'Outside the Box' thinking is essential. Creativity and Project Management that involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way

Responsibilities:
Based in Shanghai office.
Ensure that client’s expectations are effectively managed so that they are achievable
Ensure projects are delivered on time and with the expected level of quality.
Ensure SOP is followed and implemented with customers.
Co-ordinate and liaise closely with Designers, Art Director and relevant authorities for the project matters
Provide timely project progress reporting to the clients and management
Organize and attend meeting with clients to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Build good and effective working relationships with clients
Other project-related duties as assigned by management
Identify areas for improvement within the workflow, to bring about maximum efficiency
Acquire a clear understanding of customer business cycle to facilitate accurate sales and production forecasting
Proactively seek to maximise new business opportunities within existing client base by supporting Project Managers
Complete projected sales for the year, together with quarterly reforecasts to assist in business planning.
Complete a monthly overview report of the account.
Coordinate regional communication to meet customer's needs.

Internet-based project management tools
Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills or knowledge would be an advantage, but not required
