Major tasks and responsibilities:
1. Running daily report from SAP, CSPS to prepare back-order, inventory status update
2. Based on sales trend, inventory status, place PO for locally-sourced parts
3. Conduct any other planning activity/data analysis to support daily operation
4. Study and communicate with sales for the new model vehicle parts inventory build-up
5. Operate KPI reporting
Candidate Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
1. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English
2. Familiar with Microsoft excel
3. Basic knowledge of mechanics, not a must but preferred
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
1. Excellent on excel
2. Knowledge of SAP SD, IM
3. Understand the fundamental of inventory planning
Mgt. and Leadership Skills
1. Good communicator to understand various data source
2. A team player to coordinate other operation functions
3. Time management, able to work under pressure
Experience and education
1. College degree or above
Personal Traits
1. Sensible to data
2. Calm and open-minded
3. A quick learner
