职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Manage Support team consisting of Supervisors, Team Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and Services Support Representatives;
? Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans;
? Maintain service, talk/wrap time, data, and customer satisfaction levels;
? Lead workflow distribution and floor management to ensure service levels are satisfied;
? Coordinate the interviewing, hiring and training of customer service representatives;
? Monitor interaction between agents and callers to ensure quality assurance standards;
? Perform regular one on one session with staffs, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives;
? Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedural guidelines.
Requirements:
? Strong commitment to world class customer service;
? Superior oral and written English communication skills;
? Excellent presentation skills;
? Superb leadership and interpersonal skills;
? At least 8 years customer service experience;
? At least 5 years management experience leading teams in call center environment. Experience must include managing operations with 50+ people;
? Strong decision making, change management and negotiation skills;
? Ability to work well and quickly under pressure;
? Be flexible for working schedule.
