岗位要求

1. Effectively manage multiple supplier and internal relationships.
2. Manage ability to understand and work through commercial arrangements with existing suppliers.
3. Proven track record of execution excellence and delivering results
4. Strong procurement experience, supplier negotiation, development and performance management is an asset
5. 3+ years supplier management experience
6. Functional knowledge of standard procurement tools, techniques & processes, etc.

主要工作职责

1. Manage supplier based on quality & service requirement and maintain long term parternership with supplier
2. Analysis historical purchasing data, coordinate with planning work out demand plan
3. Make purchasing plan for sporadic purchasing to insure task finished properly
4. Working with QC/A , analysis root cause for quality issue, make action plan with suppliers to improve supply quality and service
5. Communicate with supplier to make sure quality understood in both parties, help supplier performing consistent, stable quality and improving service
6. Monthly track and report quality and service status for existing suppliers
7. Coordinate with new supplier & material develop process internally
8. Persistently improve supplier’s quality through periodically performance review and report
9. Collect payment documents and make payment plan
