生产设备（连接器自动组装机）的操作、维护保养；能管控产线的产品品质。
1、能正确、安全操作生产设备；
2、了解设备的基本原理和生产流程；
3、有强烈的品质观念，知道如何管控产品品质；
4、了解PLC及各种自动化元器件；熟悉ROBOT的操作；知道Vision的检测原理；
5、能处理设备发生的各种故障；确保设备嫁动率。
6、管控产线的不良品，能查找和分析不良的产生原因，给出改善对策；
7、针对改善对策和相关人员共同落实改善行动。

生产线生产文件维护、表单的填写、物料的管控
1、能严格按照要求填写各种表单文件
2、配合物料管理人员做好物料管控

生产设备备件管理、维护、工件的检验
1、认真管理设备备件，维护备件文件；
2、工件的库存风险管理；
3、新来的工件要能根据图纸检验是否合格；
4、能对备件的寿命进行记载管理，对损耗高的能提出改善对策。

生产线5S+1的维持和改善
1、按照规定维护产线5S+1
2、对于5S+1有改善思路，及时改善

能完成主管交代的其他任务
1、责任心强，有细心和耐心，懂得团队合作，能和别人和睦相处；
2、对从指挥，但不盲从；
3、良好的道德素质修养；讲究诚信

职业高级中学或者中专以上学历；正规初中级英语基础

身体健康无残疾或者病史，年龄35周岁以下，男性
