3.伺服电机产品的方案定制,以满足客户需要

4.与供应商讨论相关技术问题,包括电机生产设备评估

5.与德国就电机的设计/质量/新项目问题保持联系

6.机器设备的日常维护

7.其他相关任务

Position Description:

1.Provide technical support on electrical motors including DFM, on-line and customer service, etc

2.Set up the production line for high-end motors and improve the quality and assembly process of the motor

3.Supply customized solution to servo motor products to satisfy the needs of customers

4.Communicate with suppliers for technique issues, including motor production machine evaluation

5.Communicate with German contacts on motor design/quality/new projects issues

6.Equipment and machine maintenance

7.Other related tasks

工作要求:

1.工程背景，电机专业优先

2.至少3年电机设计或者制程经验, 独立项目经验尤佳

3.对伺服电机原理和制造流程有比较深刻的理解

4.软件操作能力,包括电机设计软件

5.对提升电机品质有独到见解

6.良好的口头表达能力,具有沟通技巧,流利的英语口语和书面表达, 德语尤佳

7.抗压性好,能独立工作

Requirements:
1.Degree in engineering, Motor major first

2.Min.3 years in motor design or process engineering, independent project experience is a plus
3.Understand the principle and technology of the servo motor
4.Skilled in software including motor design software.

5.Have special view to enhance the quality of the motor
6.Good verbal and presentation skills, good communication skills, Good at written and oral English, German is a plus
7.Can work under pressure, highly independent work
