Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare corporate communications materials such as press release, fact sheet and announcements.
• Build and maintain relationship with media.
• Explore promotion opportunities in mass media to enhance brand exposure.
• Coordinate, organize and manage corporate and marketing events to enhance brand/service line image.
• Prepare reports on campaign editorial coverage, competitors and market update.

Requirements & Qualifications

• University graduate from Journalism, Communications, Language or related disciplines.
• With at least 3 years’ experience in a communications role in PR agencies. Preferable with exposure in real estate industry.
• Strong media relation network with commercial real estate journalists.
• Proven track record in managing media events and producing excellent written English and Chinese copies (eg. Press releases, feature articles, speeches,etc).
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
