Responsibilities:
1. Back-end support to sales plan execution;
2. Sales Database Management;
3. Support sales team on daily customer inquiry following up/ space control / booking arrangement /equipment balance /outstanding following up;
4. Support requested report and presentation preparation;
5. Assist sales team for the market intelligence update.
6. Coordinate with the other department of company or other office for the customer service need;

Requirement:
1. College degree or above;
2. 1 year work experience or the fresh with working experiences, preferably in shipping industry;
3. Fluency in oral and written English, at least CET 4,basic understanding in Japanese is preferred;
4. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office software like Excel/ Word/PowerPoint/Outlook;
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, independent, logical and well organized;
6. Good communication skill;
7. Teamwork spirit.
