职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Leaders
- Coach the Leaders to focus on the three following activities: Recruit, Train & Set Goals for potential consultants in the Leaders network.
- Hold Directors meetings to launch catalogues and conduct recognition Support Leadership
- Support Leaders holding OOM, L2 - L4 meetings, trainings, welcome parties and other Oriflame scheduled events. This could be done out on the field or in the branch.
- Create a positive atmosphere of belonging, excitement and success
Set goals and follow up
- During the first 2 weeks of the month, hold individual or group Business Planning
Sessions with the Leaders to develop their goals
- Outline specific monthly plans for achieving these goals, coordinated with branch and company activities
- During the month follow up on Leaders progress and coach for success
Manage and administrate your local Market
- Ensure you meet the set sales and growth targets with your utility
- Ensure Administration, tracking and reporting is done in time and in an efficient way.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The applicant should have, but not necessary, a university degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar for a company selling direct.
- Be a good motivational leader who lead by example as a role model.
- Need exceptional people skills with a genuine interest for people and people growth.
- Need to be strong in execution and implementation in a passionate way.
- Need to feel ownership with the given tasks
