Purpose of Job

Develop new business area or customers to be resulting in increased sales quantity and NR in this assigned region.

Establish and enhance business relationships with the current OEMs and canners.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Work closely with JM Shanghai team to set up the regional sales plan, and achieve or exceed the sales budget. Ensure on time payment from customers.

2. Close communication with these customers to ensure that JM gets the earliest and most accurate information from customers. Keep customers informed with JM’s new technology or service, pricing, changes, etc. Build and improve relationship with customers to enhance JM’s image.

3. Be fully knowledgeable of product application and be able to deliver on-site services to customers in time.

4. Identify and develop potential business area and customers together with management team, to increase market share and NR.

5. Regular report to management team to cover regarding market and competitor analysis, suggestion on JM’s commercial/technical strategy for related business area and customers.

6. Develop new business opportunities and acquisition of new projects with profitable record.

7. Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge.

Requirement

1. At least University degree in engineering or closely related field

2. Familiar with automotive product development or process like APQP and PPAP

3. Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve the problem independently, good presentation and communication capability.

4. 2-3 year experience in industry area related commercial work

5. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.

6. Customer oriented and willing to travel.
