职位描述

Purpose of Job

Develop new business area or customers to be resulting in increased sales quantity and NR in this assigned region.

Establish and enhance business relationships with the current OEMs and canners.


Principle Accountabilities

1. Work closely with cross functional teams to set up and execute the business plan.

2. Be fully knowledgeable of product application and be able to deliver on-site services to customers in time. Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge.

3. Maintain existing business and develop new potential customer and business. Closely communicating with customers to ensure that JM gets the earliest and most accurate information, building and improving relationship with customers to enhance JM’s image.

4. Preparing for and leading bidding process, project management kicking off

5. Preparing for and leading contract process

6. Good forecast and order management

7. Dealing with customer requirement and managing customer perception.

8. Ensure on time payment from customers.

9. Keep sustainable NR level

10. Hold seminar and event to maintain and improve the relationship with Customers.

11. Regular report back with market and competitor analysis, suggestion on JM’s commercial/technical actions for related business area and customers.

12. Regular report to HDD Sales manager, good filing,

13. Good internal communication

14. People management,

a) Set up effective team

b) Reasonable and effective work assignments.

c) Providing coach with the team on timely and effective manner.

d) Facilitate Training when required

e) Giving the team supports where required.

f) Encouraging and motivating the team


Requirement

1. At least University degree in related field.Major in Automotive Engineering is plus

2. Familiar with business practice in automotive industry

3. Understands Chinese market and Chinese/JV OEMs

4. Commercial financial knowledge

5. Good command of English

6. Cross culture knowledge

7. Project management

8. Demonstrated ability to analyses and solve the problem independently, very good presentation and communication capability.

9. Proactive attitude, Hard work, honest, responsible

10. Good negotiation skill

11. Good team player

12. Business acumen

13. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.

14. Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry area related commercial work.

15. Customer oriented and willing to travel.
