职位描述
Job Description:
1. Execute the ongoing projects to achieve designated annual budget and long range plan under sales manager's supervision
2. Clients developing, selling JM VOC, Honeycomb, Plate catalysts
3. Find out customer needs and industrial trend, identifying partners, opportunities for collaborations for increasing sales, finds out OEM business for local engine manufacturing
4. Provide efficient application engineering support to capture the business. Also provide problem shooting support for customers
5. Proven a high performance culture within the direct reports
6. Coordinate with global team and site functions to ensure smoothness of validation and qualification processes
7. Visit report and monthly reports, manage monthly forecast
8. Obtain, analyses and report market intelligence, customer update, competitor information through but not limited to customer
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferred major in energy, electrcity,environment etc. At least 1 year relevant experience in Sales or business development
2. Good communication skills, capability in handling pressures and meeting deadline
