Job responsibility description

1) Provide guidance to QT(s) in the form of training,monitoring, inspecting in related production area.
2) Monitor the inspectors’ performance and do the daily management.
3) Ensure the all NCR be efficient and provide the solution for quality incident.
4) Complete/ verify internal and supplier corrective actions, implement advanced quality planning, floor use of statistical process control/ use of measuring equipments.
5) Using quality tools to reduce in-house scrap and driving continuous improvement.
6) Establish, maintain, improve Control Plan, Process Flow Charts, P-FMEA and other inspection criterions, and provide the technical requirement transfer to appropriate person
7) Overall responsibility for preparation of quality data, records and submission forms as organization and customer required (pass rate, Cpk, ppm)..
8) Participate in the following programs:
？？Establish/maintain ISO9001/ TS16949/AS9100 Quality Management System.
？？Establish/maintain ISO14001Envionment Management System
？？Quality system audits, Process audits, production audit.
？？Participate in customer and supplier visits/ audits.
？？Participate in improvement projects and special projects as assigned
9) Takes other tasks assigned by quality manager.

Requirement

1) Good ability for written & spoken English (it’s better for CET-4 or above)
2) Proficiency with MS office
3) Be familiar with ISO 9001 and QC tools, TS16949/AS9100 experience is preference.
4) Good communication skill and team work spirit
5) Strong sense of responsibility
6) Bachelor or above level, engineering background is preference.
