1. 协助项目经理组织培训项目
2. 协助项目经理完成翻译工作
3. 协助项目经理组织和安排包括研讨会在内的各种活动
4. 协助公司调研和案例分析
5. 支持办公室日常运作，包括记录和收发邮件及快递；接听电话；维护办公室设备，管理办公用品；组织和管理文件；安排会员会议，作会议记录等。
要求：
1. 本科及以上学历；供应链管理相关专业优先
2. 英语听说读写优秀；通过CET-6
3. 具有基本的Office技能，包括 Word, Excel, Power Point 和Outlook
4. 有解决问题和协调突发事件的能力
5. 具备很好的沟通技能
6. 工作认真、细致，诚实，富有团队精神。
Report to: Program Manager
Job Description
1. Support Program Manager in organizing training program.
2. Support Program Manager in translation program.
3. Support Program Manager in organizing events/workshops.
4. Support company research, and case study research.
5. Support office daily operation: record, receive and distribute couriers/mails; receive incoming calls; maintain office facilities and order office supplies; organize and manage documentations; arrange meeting of members, take meeting minutes.
Requirements
1. Education background: Senior college student is preferred; SCM related major is preferable;
2. Good English skill both in oral and writing; above CET-6.
3. Basic computer skill with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
4. Capability of problem solving and issue coordination
5. Good communication skill.
6. Hard and careful working, honest and team-player.
