ERP / Finance Assistant
JD:
?ERP
Check and supervise all the steps from the customer’s order to the shipping in Netgarment.
Dealing with Netgarment problem, provide solution to the problem.
Continuous improvement on ERP system.
?Finance
Weekly account payable import files for SAGE.
Analyze the variance of the purchase.
Other support for finance dpt.
?Miscellaneous task
Input the customer price, assist in making Pro format.
Assist in pricing.
Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree. Degree in finance/accounting is a plus.
2.1 years or above of working experience, new graduated also is ok.
3.PC literate, Proficient in Microsoft office. Advanced MS excel skill is a Plus.
4.Bilingual in English and Chinese.
5.Familiar with ERP system.
6.Team player
