职位描述 / Position Description：

作为国产件计划专员，负责制定零件需求计划，跟进零件订购过程，确保按时抵达以满足生产需求，并合理控制库存。

As the local parts planning specialist, be responsible for making parts requirement and expediting the ordering process to satisfy production capacity, and controlling parts inventory.

主要职责 / Main Responsibility：

A. 订单发布/Order Releasing

· 根据生产计划持续滚动运算国内件件需求量
According to production planning, calculate the parts requirements for LOCAL SOURCE parts continuously.

· 及时掌握库存信息，定期向供应商发布国内件预测/确定/紧急订单等交付信息，以满足生产需求
Considering parts inventory, release regular forecast/firm order and emergency order, etc. for LOCAL SOURCE parts to suppliers to meet production requirements.

· 维护零件信息，确保订单发布的准确性
Maintain parts information in system to ensure order releasing correctly.

· 调查供应商外协件加工信息，把握外协件收发货数量
Investigate parts processing information of consignment suppliers, and keep tracking on delivery/receiving quantity of consignment parts.

· 熟练运用ERP系统进行订单相关事宜处理
Operate ERP system skillfully to handle order issues.

· 维护/更新订单系统中供应商信息
Maintain/update supplier information in related systems.

· 处理公司内部各部门提交的零件额外需求，检核库存，并适时向供应商追加订单或进行库存调整
Handle parts request from other dept., check parts inventory, release additional orders to suppliers or adjust the inventory.

B. 质量/Quality

· 强调供应商持续改进的重要性
Enforce the importance of continuous improvement with suppliers.

· 监督并协调处理不良品退换货流程，追踪供应商及时发货
Monitor and coordinate the reject/replacement parts process, and track suppliers to deliver parts in time.

· 推动质量改进过程
Drive the quality improvement process.

· 识别高风险的供应商/零件
Identify high risk suppliers/parts.

· 如需要，参加质量会议
Attend incoming quality meetings as required.

C. 成本/Cost

· 确保及维持零件库存最优化
Determine and maintain optimal in-plant parts inventory levels.

· 降低差错出现的可能性，以节约紧急应对的成本
Reduce the possibility of mistake happening to cut the emergency treating cost.

· 配合各部门，协调处理供应商相关事宜
Champion, together with related dept. to handle the related supplier issues.

· 对成本降低方法进行研究
Process cost reduction study.

D. 发货管理/Delivery Management

· 监督供应商发货状况，以确保持续生产
Monitor supplier delivery to ensure continuity of production.

· 确保当发生零件短缺及零件质量问题时有解决方案
Ensure containment and resolve plans are developed and adhered to when/if shortages/defect parts occur.

· 在项目管理小组中负责零件需求计划工作
Represent parts procurement on Program Management Teams.

· 确保生产所需求的零件和进度以支持整车生产
Ensure all required parts and timing to support vehicle builds.

任职条件 / Qualifications

· 本科及以上学历

Bachelors' degree and above

· 熟悉汽车零件的采购业务，有2年以上的采购经验

Being familiar with procurement of vehicle parts and with 2years purchase experience

· 具有较好的谈判技巧和组织能力

Good negotiation skill and leadership

· 良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力

Industrious with work, and a sense of teamwork

· 较好的语言、书面表达能力，熟练使用英语（通过英语四级）

Skillful at oral and written expression, with English proficiency（CET-4 is must）

· 掌握计算机运用技术

Proficient computer skills
