职位描述 / Position Description

作为整车物流主管，负责整车物流小组的日常管理和整车物流业务的实施。

As Vehicle Logistics Supervisor, be responsible for managing vehicle logistics team and

Implementing vehicle logistics business.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 负责整车物流小组的日常管理

Be responsible for managing vehicle logistics team

· 拟定整车物流小组年度、半年、月度方针目标，并定期总结和分析

Study out annual, half-year and monthly objective of vehicle logistics team, and review it

Periodically

· 负责对整车物流小组的工作绩效进行考核

Be responsible for performance appraising to vehicle logistics team

· 开发和改善国内整车物流流程

Design and improve domestic vehicle logistics flow/process

· 为整车发运设计有效的运输方式和路线
Design efficient transportation method and route for vehicle shipping

· 管理物流供应商的场内操作/库存管理

Manage logistics provider's in-house operation/inventory management

· 根据销售公司或其他部门的需求，制定商品车和样车发运计划，协调和管理物流供应商准时、安全地将完成车运到经销商或其他指定目的地

Make vehicle (include sample vehicle) shipping plan according to Sales Company or other

Dept.'s request, instruct and manage logistics provider to safely ship the finished vehicle to dealer or other stated destination on time

· 审核运输效率与成本

Review transportation efficiency and cost

· 跟进物流供应商改进整车物流流程与品质

Expedite logistics provider to improve vehicle logistics process and quality

· 指导并审核物流供应商的执行情况

Direct and review the performance of the logistics provider

· 执行领导安排的其他任务

Finish other tasks that supervisor arranged

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 大学或专科学院毕业（工业工程专业优先考虑）
University or technical college graduate (Prefer Industrial Engineering)

· 英文程度: 能够熟练进行商务交流，通过英语四级
English language: Fluent in terms of business communication，pass CET-4

· 在以下汽车行业之任一领域具备3年以上工作经验：内陆物流，生产工程

More than three years experience in Auto industry at any area as below: Inland Logistics,

Production Engineering

· 具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识（E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint）

Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge (E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)

· 较好的协调能力，头脑灵活，工作认真仔细

Good coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious
