Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

1. Develop the potential suppliers in Asian market, increase LCC (low cost country) share

开发亚太市场潜在供应商，增加低成本国家的供应商的比重

2. Find the potential saving from current serial projects

在现行的项目中寻找潜在可降低成本的环节

3. Get inquiry from Global plants and RFQ to local suppliers

从全球工厂获得询价单并向当地的供应商请求报价

4. Responsible to review and sign contracts with suppliers

负责与供应商审查，签署合同

5. Co-ordinate with lead buyer to manager supplier

协助集团采购负责人管理供应商

6. Support / escalation of series delivery & quality issue for Global project

支持及汇报全球性项目在中国交付以及质量问题

7. Asian market research / analysis / benchmark

负责亚太区采购市场的研究/分析/定位

8. Close communication and coordination with Lead Buyers

保持与总部采购负责人的密切沟通及协作

9. Price negotiation and find potential saving

负责与供应商的价格谈判并寻找潜在降低成本的可能性

Minimum Requirements:

岗位要求

1. At least two years relative working experience in purchasing area, especially for electronic parts

至少两年电子零部件采购相关工作经验,

2. Bachelor degree, prefer to have engineering background

本科学历，如有工科背景为佳

3. Understanding the structure of price and can analysis the rationality of quotation

掌握报价构成内容以及具备分析报价合理性的能力

4. Good communication skill in English, spoken English fluently is preferred

良好的英语沟通能力，口语流利者为佳

5. Skillful in office relative software, SAP experience is preferred

熟练运用办公室相关软件，如有操作SAP系统经验者为佳

6. Good team-working spirit; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
