General Duties:

1.Check and verify correctness of received shipping and clearance documents before handover physical docs to Document Processing Department.
2.Create and forward complete full and clear instruction to DP.
3.Work within Area guidelines and Company's policies and procedures by accurate use of existing systems.
Update relevant internal/external application(s).
4.Act as key contact to all Customers when issues arise - regardless whether CS or DP issues.
5.Carry out improvement / changes on procedures and systems as proposed by supervisors.
6.Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors' standards and services.
7.Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers timely.
8.To take up additional tasks as assigned.
9.Back up for other team members when necessary.

Requirement:

Industry experience (3-5 years)
Language skills: Native in local language and fluent in English.
Excellent and thorough knowledge of Air/ Sea Export and Air / Sea Import.
Operational know-how (Customer Service and Document Processing)

2.提供完整清晰的指示给文件处理部门（报关行/合作方）进行操作；
3.根据区域指示和公司政策正确使用现有系统，录入相关信息；
4.做为面对客户的主要联络人处理客服及单证事宜；
5.执行实施上级主管提出的流程和系统改进方案；
6.需要协助时，向上级主管反馈工作中遇到的任何问题； 反馈分包物流供应商的工作标准和服务水平；
7.及时向客户反馈货运操作进度和相关状态；
8.上级指派的其他任务；
9.需要时为其他小组成员做后备支持

岗位要求:

3-5年物流行业经验，英语流利；
优秀全面的进出口货运知识；
熟悉客服和单证的整套操作流程
