As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:
？ Responsible for performing daily/ monthly /quarterly /annually company financial statement analysis, operation review and tracking key performance indicators of each BU under Mfg
？ Perform cost analysis, expense variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and business forecast to improve cost control
？ Perform variance analysis on revenue, cost and margin to support product strategy and business processes
？ Drive the annual WW manufacturing financial planning process, PPV and overhead planning, and development of L2PD and KPI
？ Initiate inventory and other KPI analysis and prepare business feasibility studies
？ Investment appraisal
？ Drive working capital metrics, analysis, and RCCM

Qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate within a highly matrixed, worldwide organization. This role requires a technical, innovative thinker with the ability to deliver results.
Specific requirements include:
？ A Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance , CPA or other related professional certificate is preferred
？ At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience under MNC manufacturing environment and product costing
？ Strong understanding of the Financial Analysis & forecasting processes is necessary, Knowledge of PRC/USGAAP is essential
？ Good analytical skills with strong skills in MS-Excel. Familiar with ERP system. Oracle experience is plus.
？ Self motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
？ Good team player by maintaining open communication to colleagues from various departments
？ Good in English both writing and speaking
