Duties and responsibilities:
? Ensure stability in all work processes by planning and managing the Maintenance Department in all maintenance activities
? Perform regular, periodic maintenance of all machinery, equipment and toolingin the factory
? Perform regular, periodic maintenance on all building systems and infrastructure including electric, heating and cooling, water, refrigeration, lighting, and others
? Minimize emergencies by thorough planning; plan, develop, implement andmanagea pro-active Total Productive Maintenance program
? Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production and suppliers and contractors in design and deployment of all tooling and equipment
? Collaborate with Production to perform major preventive-maintenance activities to coincide with scheduled production outages
? Developand update machinery and equipment maintenance manuals for all equipment and tooling
? Gather comprehensive data and compile statistics on the availability, up-time, utilization and down-time of production equipment, tooling and instruments
? Oversee and coordinate all maintenance performed by employees and subcontractors
? Repair broken equipment, tooling and machinery
? Take stewardship of the Maintenance Department budget and required resources
? Manage the spare parts inventory

Skills and Specifications:
? Solid knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles and system
? Familiar with PDCA problem solving methodology
? Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with functional peers and managers
? Ability to directhigh-performance Work Teams managingmultiple projects and tasks simultaneously
? Autonomous self-starter with lots of energy and initiative able to operate in ambiguous environments
? Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of conflict and challenging situations
? Strong organizational skills; results and deadline oriented

Education and Qualifications
? Technical degree or above in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
? At least 7 years relevant experience in a similar position with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
? At least 3 years experience managing Teams with demonstrated success achieving goals and objectives
? Comfortable working with computers, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);knowledge of CAD a plus
? SixSigma Green Belt a plus
? Native Chinese; English speaker a plus
