The team leader is responsible of the operation of his section.
组长需对整个组的运行负责。
The team leader has to promote and maintain a safety working environment and implement the 5S.
组长必须推进安全生产并保持安全生产和5S的有效实施。
The team leader ensures that production plan is followed and he maintains the performance and discipline of work team.
组长必须保证完全执行生产计划并且保证整个工作团队的工作表现和纪律性。


Responsibilities and tasks
工作职责及任务

1. Discipline: well manage workers in the team working according to the Employee Discipline Policy.
纪律：管理组内员工，使组内员工能够根据《员工纪律手册》进行工作。
2. Check PPE : ensure every station has the correct PPE. Maintain a strong PPE policy, enhance the workers' mind of protecting themselves
检查PPE：保证每个工站都佩戴了正确的PPE用品。维持一个强力的PPE正常，增强员工的自我保护意识。
3. Personal Managing：supervise the attendance of the workers, arrange the workers rest and overtime according to output/targets
人员管理：监督小组员工的出勤，根据产量目标，合理安排员工的加班及休假。
4. Make weekly plan and daily plan of his department according to the production plan of the company.
根据公司的生产计划制定本组的周生产计划和日计划。
5. Train the group members. Train employees to quality inspecting skills to reduce the reject rate
培训组内员工，给组内员工进行质量检验技能以减少产品的不合格率
6. Maintain the department run smoothly, ensure all the tooling and machine runs properly
保证本组工作的正常开展，确保组内机器设备、工具的正常运行
7. Manage the raw materials, pick up the materials from warehouse, and control the consumption of materials in production
管理原材料，从原材料仓库领取材料，并且控制在生产中材料的消耗
8. Complete the forms required by the supervisor.
完成上级要求的各类报表。
9. Arrange production and tests as much as possible according to schedule
根据计划表，尽可能多的安排生产和测试。
10. Try to find better solutions/improvements to increase productivity/quality.
在生产中找到一些问题的解决/改进方法，以增加产量或产品质量。
11. Make sure workers or him record all datas required by QC/Engineering
确保员工或其本人记录下质检/工程部所要求的所有数据
12. Follow SOP to ensure the quality of our products
根据SOP工作，确保产品的质量
13. If a QC problem/reject is detected, he must report to his supervisor and QC
如果发现产品有质量问题/产品不合格，组长必须向他的上级及质检部报告。
