PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
?Support the Director of Import Transportation to manage day to day operations of Target’s Business Partners in accordance with standard operating procedures
?Analyzing and executing corporate initiatives that support our global import transportation network
?Managing supply chain costs and efficiencies including trucking, port and 3PL consolidation operations
?Supervise the Asia Import Transportation Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements:
?4 year University/College degree or equivalent
?4 – 6 years of transportation or logistics experience
?Ability to communicate and work with diverse cultural backgrounds
?Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
?Strong leadership and decision making skills
?Strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
?Strong MS office skills and able to use all relevant tools and systems
?Excellent communication skills in English and local office language, both written and verbal
Desired Requirements:
?Familiarity with transportation, merchandising, and/or procurement
?MBA, or active pursuit thereof
