【我们需要你】
- 执行销售计划,达成月度和年度目标
- 对内部咨询及时作出反应,生成新的和重复销售
- 提过电话销售促成新的销售机会
- 在潜在客户中确定决策者以启动销售过程
- 按照标准程序向客户传达定价及条例
- 增加销售额和平均订单大小,并降低平均销售周期
- 支持合作伙伴并协调合作伙伴的销售团队
- 联系客户以确保持续性的客户满意度;介绍客户到客户支持和帐户管理团队
- 在公司客户管理系统录入与更新客户信息,提供准确的预测和报告
- 确定与反馈客户的建议与要求给产品团队和客户支持
- 有效地管理时间,达到个人的目标,并有效地与其他团队成员合作

-3至5年IT产品或服务的销售经验
-销售SaaS服务经验(优先)
-新产品销售的市场经验
-与快速消费品或零售,外贸行业的合作经验(更佳)
-协作型环境的工作经验
-熟悉CRM客户管理系统
-活泼的个性,擅长沟通,有谈判技巧和商业直觉

【We need you】
- Comply and accomplish a sales plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets
- Generate new and repeat sales by responding to inbound leads in a timely manner
- Develop new sales opportunities by calling into identified target SaaS application users
- Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
- Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
- Increase sales and average order size (and decrease average sales cycles) by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
- Support partners where engaged in opportunities, coordinating with the partnership Sales team
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction; introduce customer to Customer Support and Account Management team(s)
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in CRM, provide accurate forecasts and reporting on Opportunity process
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and identify customer feature requests; feed that information to the Product team and Customer Support
- Provide feedback to Executive Management on what is working, what's not and recommend changes to the sales process where applicable
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team

- Experience selling to the customers of the Fast-moving consumer goods industry, Retail & Foreign trade industry(more preferred)
- Experience working in collaborative start-up environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Open-minded character, business sense, communication and negotiation skills
