职位描述：

- 计划，安排物料采购订单并跟踪交期

- 关注未交采购订单交期，以避免滞延生产计划

- 快速有效的与供应商沟通

- 有效的与销售，生产和质量部门沟通，已确保生产

- 库存分析，优化库存

- 与采购部门一起对供应商进行分析及评价

- 确认物料发票

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and release materials Purchase Order on time and follow up PO frequently to make sure delivery on time
- Take care of the outstanding purchase orders to avoid any potential delay to production schedule

- Quick and efficient communication with the suppliers to ensure the delivery performance

- Good communication with sales, production and quality department to ensure the material availability for production need

- Stock monthly analysis report to make sure efficient inventory control

- Evaluate supplier performance for the improvement purpose with the purchase department

- Check materials invoices

岗位要求：

机械，电气相关专业，一年以上相关工作经历

有ERP系统操作经验（SAP优先）

有主动性，应变能力和责任感

有较好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

良好的英语口语及书写能力

能熟练操作OFFICE软件

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equals, majors in logistics or business administration

1 years related working experience in material planning and supply chain management (the working experience in industry will be preferred)

Good ERP system operations skills (SAP skill will be preferred)

Initiative, strong sense of urgency and responsibility

Good communication skills and team work

Self- motivated and self-discipline, good learner

Good oral and written English;

Familiar with MS Office
