After Sales Training Instructor

Responsibilities

Prepare & deliver dealer After Sales training.
Based on trainee feedback provide input into course development supplier.
Provide class room or 1:1 training delivery in classroom environment and/or on dealer site.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Automotive Industry Customer/Technical operations
English skills: Excellent (Minimum CET6 / TEM4)
PC skills: Very good in Microsoft Office & Power Point
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent. Wide communication network
Leadership skills: Self motivated, with the ability coach & motivate staff.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business/Automotive or equivalent qualification
