Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure VM guidelines and standards are implemented in our shops to enhance promotion strategy effectively

2. Assist in all duties in relation to visual merchandising as well as sourcing necessary materials

3. Lead a subordinator to ensure VM policy is align with the Company standards in Northern China

4. Assist in setting up the window display and maintaining the image of the brand align with the direction of the company VM guidelines

5. Partner with store management to maximize profit with creative presentation in line with the company VM guidelines to attract customers

6. Ensure good lighting effects in order to highlight our merchandise or our theme

7. Process order of visual merchandising materials and props for shop and ensure the delivery in a timely manner

8. Conduct regular shop visit for changeovers of any interior, window display, repositioning mannequins, on-site prop handling and prop placement

9. Manage visual calendar to prepare the new season installation or floor change

10. Prepare visual merchandising materials to deliver the company VM guidelines to shop staff

Qualifications/Skills and Experience Required

1. Tertiary Educated in design / interior design or related disciplines

2. 3 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retailing industry

3. Knowledge of Photoshop and Corel Draw

4. Strong visual and fashion sense

5. Creative, outgoing and energetic personality

6. A good team player

7. Good command in spoken and written English

8. Travelling to different cities in PRC will be required
