We are a consultancy firm focusing on assisting foreign companies to set up and manage their business in China. We have built a solid foundation to cater for the comprehensive needs of our clients operating in the Mainland which include:

· Registration of different forms of foreign invested enterprises (FIE)
· Tax planning
· Regulatory compliance
· Financial control and monitoring
· Business advice particularly on marketing, management and strategic development

To cope with the exponential growth experienced by our firm in the recent years, we now need high caliber individuals possessing the following attributes to join us to take the development of our firm to the next stage:

· At least 2 years of working experience in the fields of tax, audit, consultancy and management
· Tax knowledge and practical skills pertaining to both domestic and cross-border transactions
· Relevant professional qualification is preferred
· Sound knowledge of and solid experience in accounting practices
· A high degree of sensitivity to regulatory compliance
· Good Command of English and Chinese
· Ability to work independently and proactively and to lead assignments
· Capability of multi-tasking
· A strong team player with good communication skills
· Enthusiasm for frequent travel and taking on challenges from flexible working hours and environment

· 在税务、审计、咨询或管理等领域至少2年以上的工作经验
· 具有国内和跨境交易的税务知识和实际操作技能, 有相关专业资格证书者优先
· 具有专业的财务知识及丰富的实操经验
· 对企业各种合规事项具有很高的敏感性
· 良好的英文及中文表达能力（英文要求具备良好的沟通通力）
· 具备独立、主动的工作能力并能独立组织完成特定工作任务
· 具备同时处理多项事务的能力
· 具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队工作经验。
· 能够适应经常出差及弹性工作时间和环境的挑战
