Pizza Marzano currently operates 5 restaurants in Shanghai with further expansion in process.

Founded in 1965, PizzaExpress owns and operates more than 400 restauarnts across the UK and Interntional territories. Pizza Marzano Shanghai is a subsidiary of PizzaExpress HK Ltd., and is an international franchisee of PizzaExpress.

Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate's responsibilities include:-

1、 Managing 2-10 restaurants in Shanghai and an experienced, passionate and driven operations team
2、 Maintaining and improving internal control standards for hygiene/cleanliness, food preparation/production and health/safety
3、 Improving existing operating standards and procedures and devising new initiatives that simplify operations whilst raising the customer quality experience
4、 Maintaining and improving internal dough management standards to ensure customers enjoy the highest quality pizza available
5、 Maintaining and improving IT solutions deployed within the restaurants for increased efficiency
6、 Ensuring all businesses comply with local government regulation
7、 Ensuring suppliers and products meet necessary internal and external control standards
8、 Preparing yearly business budgets for restaurant branches and delivering on agreed business targets
9、 Delivering timely and accurate weekly/monthly business reports to Management
10、 Assisting and contributing to new restaurant build outs
11、 Training and developing restaurant staff to deliver consistently outstanding service to our customers, recruiting the best candidates available.
12、 Coordinating new restaurant openings to deliver exceptional first impressions and excellent team performance

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:-
1、 A passion for delivering first class service and superb food quality to customers
2、 At least 5 years experience working in an international standard hospitality operation, 2 of which managing multiple locations
3、 A clear and proven dedication to customer service excellence
4、 Excellent people skills with an ability to create strong, motivated, and cohesive teams
5、 Excellent attention to detail and an unwavering ability to uphold standards across a hospitality operation
6、 Excellent human resources skills - recruitment, coaching, training and development, team building and motivation
7、 A firm understanding of PRC operational regulations
8、 Great time management and organisation skills, good administration and IT skills
9、 Native Mandarin and fluent English
