The Sales Manager is in charge of business development in China via developing the business strategies, implementing action plans and leading the sales team.
Specific Accountabilities include:
Develop sales growth strategies and action plans to support overall company business objectives.
Lead the whole sales team to implement business strategies and key initiatives
Mentor, evaluate and grow the capabilities of the sales team to meet the business requirements
Manage and motivate the sales team to grow business with OEM and MRO accounts
Drive and grow the sales to support organizational development in a profitable and sustainable way
Job Description :
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Industrial Automation discipline
At least five years experience in senior sales management and senior management position in the industrial sector.
A mature and aggressive individual that can think strategically and drive the business growth
Ability to handle multi tasks such as expanding customer base, building vender relations and sourcing products from globally perspective
Leadership quality that can think big and drive for growth
Ability to inspire and motivate staffs to work towards team and organizational goals.
Being flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast changing and strong competitive business environment;
Required skills such as integrity, business acumen, strategic thinking and planning, leadership and people management/ development, and a team player
Excellent English verbal and written communication skill to work with counterparts in US.
