职位描述
Position Objective
Assisst team head to handle daily procedure and provide professional instruction to branch Finance on budget and GOE issues. Excute budget control processing and expense monitoring to make sure GOE spending within approved budget.
Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in budget control processing and expense monitor.(50%)
?Participate in China annual budget exercise and ensure its' accuracy and practicability according to AIA Reporting Standards
?Participate in other regular budgetary analysis reports, including quarterly profit estimation
?Excute monthly budget adjustment to reflect department actual spending align with business plan
Participate in expenses analysis and expense approval (Finance Eform system) (50%)
?Prepare regular and ad hoc expenses analysis reports, such as GOE analysis, Cost center report, etc.
?Review expense applications submitted by China Home Office and branches
?Design approval process in Finance Eform system and work with IT and system team for system developing and testing
?Conduct Finance process redesign and implementation if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance
- At least 3-5 years experience in finance or accounting field, prefer in budget or analysis section
- Sound knowledge of expense management and controls
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
- Strong project management and analysis skills
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
