职位描述
岗位职责:
1、 了解客情,熟悉菜单,负责炒锅岗位的烹调准备,出品工作。
2、经常变换花色品种,烹制方法、掌握好火候,菜肴用料、配料恰当,味道适口,做到一菜多做,现炒现卖。
3、烹制过程根据各个出品目标成本,合理控制菜肴加工成本。
4、认真执行操作规程,做到投料准确适度,准确识别油温掌握火候,出锅及时,装盘成型美观、菜型色、香、味、型、器等,
符合新加坡风味特色和质量标准。
5、 搞好个人卫生,食品卫生,保持炉灶和操作用具清洁。
6、严格执行各项规章制度,杜绝催菜、退菜、菜品里有异物现象.
7、 完成领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求:
1、男性,45岁以下,中厨各岗位基本操作功扎实,擅长粤菜烹饪为佳;
2、3年以上炒锅岗位工作经验;在星级酒店、知名餐饮店担任厨师者优先考虑;
3、具有一定的沟通协调能力;踏实、敬业、责任心强,具吃苦耐劳精神。
工作时间及休息休假:做六休一,转正职工按国家规定享有带薪年休假等
薪资范围: 4200 ~ 6000元(有经验的熟手,月薪6000以上);
试用期:2个月,试用期内正常为员工缴纳五险一金
其他福利:包吃包住(标准员工宿舍,独立卫浴、空调、煤气设备齐),晚班下班有班车送回员工宿舍;无需安排住宿的外省市员工每月补贴住宿费250元。

JUMBO Group of Restaurants began with JUMBO Seafood, a home-grown seafood restaurant that was established in 1987 and best known for its chilli and black pepper crabs. In 2008, we established a Central Kitchen at our corporate headquarters to conduct R&D as well as to achieve better consistency in food quality across our various dining brands.
