Paralegal / Associate - Corporate Financial Department

- selected candidate will be responsible for handling HK IPOs and M&A transactions
- applicants must have legal education background
- applicants must be able to communicate in excellent written and oral English
- applicant must be diligent, motivated and committed
- strong common sense and good inter-personal skills are essential
- prior experience of similar role in other international law firms will be an advantage
- the position will involve business travel
