Reports to (Title) ：Director, Park Operations

Job Purpose

· Overall in-charge of Attractions Operations.

· As per proposed organization structure, one non BE Operations Manager and four Area Manager report to this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate all rides and manage the auditoriums of theaters.

· Manage Attractions Operations Team which consists of around 700 managerial and frontline Cast Members Enhance and facilitate communications between the government authorities and all relevant disciplines within Disney organization.

· Working closely with lines of business, understanding their needs, record the challenges encountered and facilitate solutions by seeking support from leadership operation L&P and external government authorities and sharing resources.

· Oversee Operating Guides.

· Work with Workforce Planning Team to ensure the overall manpower deployment is according to plan.

· Maintain close working partnership with counterparts in other Disney’s Parks.

· Manage the annual budget and expenditure (both labor and operating expense) for Attractions Operations Team.

Education:

· Required: 2 year college degree or equivalent.

· Desired: 4 year college degree.

Experience:

· 5 to less than 7 years job related experience.

· Prefer 7+ years job experience.

Required Qualifications

· Be expected for outdoor works and getting business trips

· 与其它迪士尼乐园的同事保持紧密的合作关系

· 管理景点运营团队的年度预算和开支 (劳动和运营开支)

教育:

· 要求: 2年大学学位或相当学历

· 期望: 4年大学本科学位

工作经验:

· 5到7年相关工作经验

· 7年以上工作经验尤佳
