Vision:
? Unify and engage all supply chain partners in the strategic development, planning and execution of world-class supply chain practices at Shanghai Disneyland.

Mission:
? Support profitable revenue growth by meeting or exceeding guest service levels targets and ensuring the availability of the right product at the right time;
? Minimize total supply chain costs; and
? Optimize the utilization of both working and physical capital.



Role and Responsibilities:
? Support global initiatives such as Global Leveraging Strategy, Packaging initiative, by representing the Supply Chain Strategy & Operations team in Shanghai Disneyland.
? Drive supply chain continuous improvement and savings for Shanghai Disneyland;
? Partner with Shanghai Disneyland operations from all lines of business to compile, monitor and report supply chain performance and costs.
? Identify and prioritize opportunities:
? Connect with Shanghai Disneyland to identify their needs and challenges;
? Benchmark performance and establish improvement targets;
? Conduct on-going evaluation of performance; and
? Partner with US team to perform supply chain opportunity identification analyses and post-analyses reviews.
? Provide leadership and support to implement improvement initiatives:
? Design and build solution (leveraging US expertise);
? Set objectives, monitor and report progress; and
? Manage projects, ensure successful implementation;
? Facilitate communication and alignment among supply chain stakeholders (implement and lead Shanghai Disneyland Supply Chain Committees); and
? Foster supply chain education across the company.


Priorities:
? Establish relationship (including with Segment partners) with trust, credibility and communications;
? Provide required support for design and implementation of Shanghai Disneyland supply chains in preparation of the park opening.
? Identify any additional opportunities to start working on;
? Initiate and drive work on identified opportunities; and
? Implement governance, framework and tool:
o Dashboard;
o Shanghai Disneyland Supply Chain Committee(s)



Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
? 5 years minimum experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
? Strong presentation skills
? Excellent influencing and partnering skills
? Experience managing projects
? Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks on own initiative
? Excellent Guest/Customer focus
? Demonstrated ability to drive business results
? Excellent managerial, analytical, and communication skills
? Demonstrated expertise in using data management tools (Access and/or SQL)
? Experience working with Visual Basic
? Strong financial assessment skills
